Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. Contact office for more information regarding our rates sizes. 
Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the
space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that
you make an advance reservation.
Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.
Do you give me a key?
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one that has access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality disc lock at our storage office.
Can I pay for my unit over the phone?
You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments via credit card.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can set up automatic monthly debit payments from your credit card. Ask about our discounts for advance annual payment and multiple unit rental.
Do you sell boxes?
We not only sell boxes but a variety of packing and moving supplies.
Can you receive packages and mail on my behalf?
We will gladly accept packages and mail for you and notify you when they arrive. Small items can remain in the storage office until you pick them up while other frequent deliveries can be made directly to your unit. Other arrangements can be made on an individual basis. Contact the manager.
What is the minimum time I can store for?
There is no minimum storage time but the minimum rental period is 1 month.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.
Do you have your own movers?
No, but we do offer a free truck with your move into our facility. There are also a variety of
movers available in our area. Check the yellow pages under the heading "Movers" for a complete list.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
If no other customers are ahead of you, the entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes.
What are your hours of operation?
